Originally from Madrid, Yksuhc Juan now lives and works in Valencia. Yksuhc Juan is a central and renowned figure in graffiti in Spain, whose artistic activity has gradually gravitated toward studio painting as a logical continuation of the artist's journey. Yksuhc Juan's work seeks to aesthetisize anthropology through a gestural, spontaneous and random process. Yksuhc Juan creates scenes immersed in a dreamlike and poetic world, which on many occasions, is blended with politics and social protest, especially when exhibited in a public space.
